Use the right support route fast instead of digging through broken contact links.

This page covers the common Dravos problems that block players from actually getting in game: account access, Stripe/store issues, vote reward flow and client startup problems. The support mailbox is being moved and will be live as support@dravos.org as soon as possible.

Account Access Login, verification, linking

Use the account page first for password and profile issues before escalating anything else.

Store Help Wallet, checkout, claims

Stripe payments return to the store page, then the wallet refreshes after the order is approved.

Client Help Launcher and connection issues

If the client fails before login, work through the launcher checklist below before assuming the world is offline.

Quick Help Routes

Account And Login

  • Can't register? Keep your username within the site rules and make sure the email is valid before retrying.
  • Can't log in? Use the account page first. Verification and password issues are resolved there before anything else.
  • Linked character missing? Log in on the website first, then confirm your Dravos game account is attached to the same profile.

Store And Voting

  • Checkout opens on Stripe and returns to the store page. If payment succeeds, the wallet refresh follows on return.
  • Redeemed token rewards still need to be claimed in game through the donation manager or ::claim.
  • Vote rewards stay on the vote page and are claimed in game through ::claimvote.
Launcher And Connection Checklist
  • Client will not start: confirm Java 11 is installed, then relaunch the client after a clean download from the website.
  • Black screen or failed login: update the client build first, then retry after checking the server status box on the right.
  • Connection refused: if the world is offline for maintenance, wait for the next Dravos news post rather than repeatedly reinstalling the client.
