• I can't create an account – Make sure your username is under 12 characters and your email is valid.
• I forgot my password – Use the password reset option on the Account Management page.
• My account is locked – Contact staff on Discord for account recovery.

• Black screen on login? – Make sure the game server is running and your client is up to date.
• Client won't launch? – Ensure you have Java 11 installed. Try running from command line to see errors.
• "Connection refused"? – The game server may be offline for maintenance. Try again later.
